6a. Free Online Tools
Free tools (such as the Moroccan invoice generator) process your business data entirely in your browser to generate PDFs. AMH Technologies does not receive, store, or process the content of those documents on its servers unless you separately contact us or submit a form. Optional saved company profiles and document counters may be stored only in your browser via local storage. Aggregated analytics (when enabled) may record that a tool was used or a PDF was downloaded, without the underlying invoice data.
7. Data Sharing
AMH Technologies does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by providers reasonably necessary to operate the website or provide requested services, such as hosting, cloud, email, CRM, analytics or security providers, where used. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or lawful authority.
8. International Data Transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside Morocco. Where personal data is transferred internationally, AMH Technologies will take measures required by applicable law. We do not claim that all data is stored in Morocco.
9. Retention and Security
Personal data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for its purpose and legitimate business, contractual, legal, accounting or security requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning their personal data, including access, rectification and other rights provided by data-protection legislation. Requests may be sent to contact@amhtech.org; identity verification may be required.
11. Moroccan Data Protection Law
Processing personal data in Morocco is governed by Law No. 09-08. The CNDP supervises this framework. AMH Technologies does not state that it holds any CNDP authorization, declaration, registration or approval.
12. Children and Third-Party Websites
The website is primarily intended for businesses, professionals and general audiences, and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly seek children's information. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices and security policies.
